In addition to the impressive facilities on offer, Claremont Wynberg Hebrew Congregation is proud to house the elegant and stylish Adele Searll Banqueting Hall, accompanied by a fully-equipped kitchen that caters for a variety of functions all year 'round. Whatever your Simcha, from a Brith Milah, Bar or Bat Mitzvah to an Engagement Party, Wedding or Anniversary, our venue and catering facilities rank amongst the very best in Cape Town.

We employ our very own in-house caterer to manage your function or simchah, and our sit-down Kiddush Brachah on Shabbat mornings has become the talk of the town. We also sell a large selection of ready- to-eat foods, including home-style challot on Friday morning and a host of other pastries and goodies.

Cakes, cookies, bulkas, kichel, kitke, malva pudding, melk tart, muffins and scones as well as a variety of fried fish, baked fish, fish balls, pasta, lasagna, quiche, macaroni cheese, potato kugel, salads and soups are amongst the wide selection of foods available on order from our kitchen.

All of our food products are under strict supervision of the Beth Din and are classified as either Parev or Milchick.
